Zionists Use Food-Baits To Attract And Kill Starving Civilians

via Moon of Alabama

The Zionist occupation forces send food into the northern Gaza strip to then kill starving Palestinians who try to collect it.

Food aid reaches north Gaza for first time in weeks, Israeli officials sayAP, Feb 28 2024

Aid convoys carrying food reached northern Gaza this week, Israeli officials said on Wednesday, the first major delivery in a month to the devastated, isolated area, where the UN has warned of worsening starvation among hundreds of thousands of Palestinians amid Israel’s offensive.

Across Gaza, more than 576,000 people, a quarter of the population, are a step away from famine, the UN says. But northern Gaza in particular has been gutted by hunger. The north has largely been cut off and much of it has been levelled since Israeli ground troops invaded in late October.
Several hundred thousand Palestinians are believed to remain there, and many have been reduced to eating animal fodder to survive.

A convoy of 31 trucks carrying food entered northern Gaza on Wednesday, the Israeli military office that oversees Palestinian civilian affairs said.
The office, known by the acronym COGAT, said nearly 20 other lorries entered the north on Monday and Tuesday.
Associated Press footage showed people carrying sacks of flour from the distribution site.
It was not immediately clear who carried out the deliveries.
The UN was not involved, said a spokesman for the UN’s humanitarian co-ordination office, Eri Keneko.

The trucks were sent by the Zionists. No other organization was involved. But when people came near to the trucks to collect the food they had carried into Gaza the Zionist went berserk:

‘Massacre’: Dozens killed by Israeli fire in Gaza while collecting food aidAl Jazeerah, Feb 29 2024

More than 100 Palestinians have been killed and some 700 others wounded after Israeli troops opened fire on hundreds waiting for food aid southwest of Gaza City, health officials say, as the besieged enclave faces an unprecedented hunger crisis. The Gaza Ministry of Health said on Thursday said at least 104 people were killed and more than 750 wounded, with the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemning what it said was a cold-blooded “massacre”.

People had congregated at al-Rashid Street, where aid trucks carrying flour were believed to be on the way. Al Jazeera verified footage showing the bodies of dozens of killed and wounded Palestinians being carried onto trucks as no ambulances could reach the area.
“We went to get flour. The Israeli army shot at us. There are many martyrs on the ground and until this moment we are withdrawing them. There is no first aid,” said one witness.
Reporting from the scene, Al Jazeera’s Ismail al-Ghoul said that after opening fire, Israeli tanks advanced and ran over many of the dead and injured bodies. “It is a massacre, on top of the starvation threatening citizens in Gaza,” he said.

One Palestinian man told Quds News Network the military attack was a “crime”.
“I have been waiting since yesterday. At about 4:30 this morning, trucks started to come through. Once we approached the aid trucks, the Israeli tanks and warplanes started firing at us, as if it was a trap.
“To the Arab states I say, if you want to have us killed, why are you sending relief aid? If this continues, we do not want any aid delivered at all. Every convoy coming means another massacre.

The Zionist are deliberately starving Palestinians.

But this is even worse.

The killing today was not by chance. I do not believe that it was unintentional. The food deliveries were under Israeli controls. So were the troops who killed the Palestinians who tried to collect the ‘aid’.

This is not the first time that a food convoy or aid distribution has been used by the Zionists to attract and then kill starving Palestinians.

This is an extremely brutal and cynical way to genocide them.

The Plot Thickens … Israel Against Russia?!

Is this history making news?

Let’s face it. Russia has tried very hard to avoid getting into a conflict with Israel for the last dramatic 20 years. A master Judo practitioner, President Putin singlehandedly frustrated millions upon millions by avoiding condemning Israel for its blatant acts of war against sovereign Syria. He refused to condemn 75 years of genocide against the Palestinian people. He remained mum about the atrocities committed by Israel since October 7. Russia bent over, fending off blow after blow from Israel, genuflected and then deflected or ignored the obvious: It was Israel who was/is the enemy that Russia was facing while pretending to be a friend of Russia  (everybody knows that). No matter how much direct humiliation Russia suffered from its “friend,” i. e., Israel, President Putin played down the wake-up calls while continuing to condemn anti-Semitism, to condemn the so-called  holocaust, and to support Israel’s “right to self-defense.”

Self-defense by the state of Israel, of its settlements  on occupied land, by the transgressor of every possible decent, moral principle, conduct, human behavior?

Well, we have news for President Putin. Israel has just declared war on Russia. It has just equated Russian with their archenemy, Hamas. In their order of importance Russia is now the Number One enemy.

So, now what? Is Russia finally getting it? It is not the Anglo-Saxons, not the Germans, not even the Gallic Frenchmen. It is Israel, and the Anglo-zionists, who are out to get Russia and its wealth of resources. Watch the Israeli call to war.

Israeli Ambassador to the UN Calls Ukraine an “Ally” and Compares Russia to Hamas in Recent Speech

Israel’s UN ambassador, Gilad Erdan, addressed Russia in a recent speech, declaring Israel’s commitment to providing early warning systems against missiles for Ukraine and referring to Ukraine as an “ally.” Erdan also drew parallels between Russia and Hamas, criticizing Russia for hosting a visit by Hamas in Moscow. This statement appears to signal a shift in the relationship between Putin and the Israeli Prime Minister, marking the end of their association. This move, reminiscent of Amir Weitmann’s previous viral statement where he warned that “Russia is going to pay the price,” suggests a significant development in the diplomatic landscape.

Israel’s supportive stance towards Ukraine may have broader implications, influencing discussions on military aid in the United States.

Israel’s Self-Signed Death Warrant

✍️ by Hikaru Kitabayashi via  Global Depth

Mr. Netanyahu’s rejection of a two-state solution was not just his alone. Rather, it represents a consensus of Israel’s political establishment. Moreover, it was reached from a position of self-perceived strength.

The problem is that Israel has passed its peak. This is due to strategic failures.

For one, it assumed that technology and overwhelming firepower would always insure a rapid victory. It does, when facing an opponent operating with a unified command structure. However, when facing an opponent consisting of many small, independent, units that operate in cooperation with one another but which rely on network decision-making,  personal responsibility, flexible response, and mobility, then the bigger the aggressor with a unified command structure like Israel’s is, the more subject it is to small scale defeats. No single defeat is overwhelming, but, cumulatively, they represent disaster.

Another strategic failure was one of social cohesiveness. The Judaic population of Israel are immigrant peoples coming from around the globe and are fragmented accordingly. As a result, it is a politically fractured and corrupt nation. Economically, Israel became a success story, but this was because of continuous injections of American and German foreign aid and not a fully indigenous achievement. The aid created comfort, but money does not, by itself, create cohesiveness.

The Palestinian community, on the other hand, are indigenous and living, to a large degree, as multi-generational refugees in the ghettos permitted for them to live in as open air prisons by the Israeli political entity. Whether Islam or Eastern Orthodox Christianity, they found refuge in religion and in each other. Social cohesiveness is incomparably higher.

Another strategic failure is intelligence gathering. Israel’s intelligence community is inherently incompetent with regard to the Islamic world, because it despises Middle Eastern peoples and makes no attempt to understand them, even though they fear other Middle Eastern nations greatly. Instead of unbiased research, there is a dependence on assassination and destabilization carried out by local criminal networks that owe loyalty to no one, including their paymasters, the Israeli State. Palestinians, being surrounded by it, have a detailed understanding of everything going on in the Israeli political entity.

But, the most serious strategic blunder of Israel is its inability to see that America’s glory days have ended, due to the battlefields of Ukraine and the de-dollarization of the Russian and Chinese economies. Israel’s control of the American government can now only become an increasingly greater political liability. Essentially, Israel has made the mistake of tying its fate to its political influence over reckless incompetents are presiding over a dynamite keg in danger of explosion.

Nevertheless, the international community is now united in favor of a two-state solution. Yet, Israel has rejected it. This means continued long term warfare. But, the longer this warfare lasts, the weaker the United States will become and, with it, the more the trouble to be faced by the Israeli armed forces. Israel’s rejection of a two-state solution was its last chance for a secure future. Its rejection was the same thing as signing its own death warrant, a death that will come one pinprick at a time until America finally explodes.

“It’s time to get out the popcorn and enjoy the show.”

Israeli Historian and Ayatollah Khamenei Have the Same Message

◾Israeli historian Ilan Pappe says That the Israeli government doesn’t plan to end the war on Gaza for another 15 months, and they will try to displace all or some of the Palestinians and steal the land unless the international community takes decisive action.

Or, in the words of the Iranian Ayatollah Khamenei:

The West condemned the execution of a murderer/criminal, but remains silent when Israel slaughters 30.000 people in Gaza.

Beneath the civilized facade of western politicians lies a rabid dog and a bloodthirsty wolf. The US shamelessly vetoed the ceasefire resolution once again.

In Jerusalem, the “Conference for the Victory of Israel” Threatens London and Washington

by Thierry Meyssan via Voltairenet

The “Israel Victory Conference – settlements bring security: Returning to the Gaza Strip and Northern Samaria » was no mere meeting of Jewish supremacists. A rabbi, sentenced in to life imprisonment for his crimes, spoke on behalf of the successors of the Stern group that assassinated British leaders in Mandate Palestine. It was a declaration of war against the Anglo-Saxons. By participating in this event, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was threatening Washington and London. President Joe Biden immediately banned all fundraising and money transfers to these extremists. This is the first time that the United States has imposed sanctions against Israelis.
Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf, sentenced to life imprisonment in 1984, addresses thousands of Jewish supremacists.

ISRAEL VICTORY CONFERENCE

Two weeks ago, a star-studded celebratory event was held at Jerusalem’s International Convention Center. It was entitled “Conference for Israel’s Victory – settlements bring security: returning to the Gaza Strip and northern Samaria”. 12 ministers, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, took part.

However, not a single political figure, not even the Minister of Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, was entitled to the frenzied ovations that greeted Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf, now a central figure in the Israeli debate, albeit unknown abroad. His presence rekindled in the participants hope of redeeming what they consider to be the “sin” of the withdrawal of Jewish settlements from Gaza in 2005.

In the hours that followed, Yaakov Margi (Shas), Minister of Welfare and Social Affairs, declared that his colleagues should have “thought” “before going to this circus.
The leader of the opposition, Yair Lapid, lamented that Benjamin Netanyahu, “who was once at the centre of the national camp being dragged aimlessly by extremists”, has “hit rock bottom.”
Gen. Benny Gantz, declared that the conference was “an insult to Israeli society in wartime. It undermines our legitimacy in the world and the efforts to create a framework for the return of our hostages.” Commenting on the Prime Minister’s participation, he continued: “He who dances and divides, does not decide, and he who is silent and allows himself to be dragged along, is not a leader”.

A banner read: “Only a transfer [of Palestinians out of Gaza] can bring peace”. While a map shows the next Israeli cities in Gaza.

The next day, President Joe Biden, as if frightened by the return of an old demon, signed

a decree banning some extremist settlers from coming to the United States, and, above all, banning all fund-raising and money transfers to Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf’s men. These sanctions apply not only in the United States, but also in all foreign banks with interests in the United States, i.e., ultimately in the whole of the West [1].
What’s more, the Biden Administration, which until now has discreetly supported the massacre in Gaza by supplying shells and other munitions, is suddenly looking for a way out of the crisis. Secretary of State Antony Blinken set off on a new tour of the region’s capitals, this time with proposals.
Why then, did Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf’s outburst provoke such reactions? To understand why, we need to look back to 1922. Within the revisionist Zionist movement, there is in fact an even more fanatical group that did not hesitate to attack the Anglo-Saxons.

THE “STERN GANG”

The “Revisionist Zionists” are the followers of Vladimir Ze’ev Jabotinsky, a Ukrainian fascist who in 1922 formed an alliance with the Ukrainian “integral nationalists” of Symon Petlioura and

Dmitro Dontsov against the Soviets. During this alliance, the “nationalists” massacred not only Ukrainian anarchists and Ukrainian Communists, but also tens of thousands of Ukrainian Jews.
Refusing to explain his actions, Jabotinsky resigned from his position as director of the World Zionist Organization and founded the Alliance of Revisionist Zionists. He founded a paramilitary fascist formation in Italy, with the help of duce Benito Mussolini, the Betar.
At the end of Second World War, the “Revisionist Zionists” pursued their fascist dream, now without the help of their Italian counterparts. They disassociated themselves from the Jewish communal militia in Palestine, the Hagana, and created their own militia, the Irgun [2].
In a letter to the New York Times, Albert Einstein, Hannah Arendt and other Jewish personalities compared the Irgun to fascist and Nazi formations [3].
The Irgun itself gave rise to Lehi, known as the “Stern Group” according to the Stern Gang” [4]). This group was directly linked to the Polish fascist government (Avraham Stern participated in the first version of the “Madagascar Plan”). Stern was arrested by the British along with the leaders of his group at the start of World War 2, but released when the Polish government reconstituted itself in exile in London. Lehi resumed contact with the Italian Fascists and proposed to the Nazis to help them expel European Jews to Palestine. After some hesitation, the Nazis refused. Lehi multiplied attacks on the British and left-wing Jews in the first two years of the war. Avraham Stern was shot and killed by a British CID officer in February 1942. Yitzhak Shamir, who assassinated his rivals, then reorganized Lehi.

220411-3-01b79.jpg

In 1944 Lehi resumed its attacks on the British. It narrowly missed eliminating High Commissioner to Palestine, Harold MacMichael, but succeeded in assassinating the Colonial Minister, Lord Moyne.

220411-4-a98fe.jpg
The Stern Gang assassinated British political and military authorities in the attack on their headquarters at the King David Hotel.

David Ben Gourion, who remained loyal to the British, launched a Haganah campaign to stop the actions of the Irgun and Lehi. Many of their members were arrested. However, in 1945, Ben-Gurion secretly organized a reconciliation with the revisionist Zionists, the “Hebrew Revolt”. This brief alliance did not last. Lehi organized the attack on the secretariat of the British government of Mandate Palestine and its military command, both located in the King David Hotel. It left 91 dead and 46 wounded. Lehi did not cease its terrorist activities with the arrest of Yitzhak Shamir. On the contrary, it extended its activities to London until the British withdrew from Palestine. After that, it targeted the Arabs, thus perpetrating the Deir Yassin massacre.
The Irgun and Lehi were eventually incorporated into the Israel Defense Forces with the

unilateral proclamation of statehood. However, the United Nations sent the Swedish Count Folke Bernadotte to determine the borders of the two Jewish and Arab states. Yitzhak Shamir then organized his assassination [5]. Yehoshua Cohen executed him. At the same time, André Sérot, a French colonel in the Blue Helmets, was assassinated. Pierre Gaïsset (grandfather of the author of this article) replaced him. The “revisionist Zionists” then changed their label and formed a new party, Hérout, with Menachem Begin as its chairman.
In 1952, Yehoshua Cohen founded the Sde Boker kibbutz. When, the following year,

Prime Minister David ben Gurion joined this kibbutz, Yehoshua Cohen became his bodyguard.

Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf, star of the Conference for the Victory of Israel

THE “JEWISH UNDERGROUND

There is no trace of the Stern Group thereafter. However, after the “Six-Day War” the Bloc of the Faithful (Gush Emunim) developed the idea that Yahweh had given all Palestine to the Jews. They not only had the right to occupy it, but a duty to do so, so that the continuation of prophecy be fulfilled. This movement developed around Rabbi Zvi Yehouda Kook. He taught that, while the first secular Israelis had begun the work, only the religious knew the direction and could finalize it.
It was in this context that Yehuda Etzion, son of a gang member, recreated the Stern group.

He used the same logo: a fist with two fingers raised. Its new name: the “Jewish Underground”. After the Camp David Accords, signed in 1978 by ex-Muslim Brother Anwar Sadat and Zionist revisionist Menachem Begin, it formally organized itself. It opposed Israel’s retrocession of Sinai to Egypt. It formed two cells. The first, led by Yehuda Etzion himself, was to destroy the Dome of the Rock in the center of the Al-Aqsa mosque, in order to rebuild the Temple of Jerusalem. The second was to spread terror among anti-colonial Arabs.
Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf was the leader of the “Jewish Underground”. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1984 for his involvement in a series of murderous attacks on Palestinians. He was discreetly released in 1991 by two revisionist Zionists, President Chaim Herzog and Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir.
His presence and the thunderous welcome given to him by thousands of activists portends the return of Zionist terrorism against the Anglo-Saxons. Washington’s reaction shows that, in its eyes, what it tolerates when Arabs are its victims must be condemned when it is threatened.

Is Benjamin Netanyahu on Borrowed Time?

by Thierry Meyssan via Voltairenet

Benjamin Netanyahu’s provocations have provoked reactions that the massacre of 29,000 Gazan civilians did not. All the protagonists in the wider Middle East and the West, who are constantly at odds with each other, have suddenly joined forces against him. While everyone sees Gaza’s future differently, all agree that Israel can no longer continue with Jewish supremacists in its government. We’re heading for a temporary relocation of Gazans under Egyptian protection, followed by a purge in Israel.

Washington’s reaction, followed by that of its main allies, to the “Conference for the Victory of Israel” and the standing ovation given to Rabbi Uzi Sharbaf in the presence of 12 serving ministers has profoundly reshuffled the cards in the Middle East.

This rabbi had been sentenced to life imprisonment in Israel for killing Arabs. He claims to be an extension of the “Stern Gang”, which murdered the British Colonial Minister in 1944 and the United Nations special envoy Count Folke Bernadotte in 1948.

His group survived throughout the Cold War, carrying out massacres and atrocities in Africa and Latin America under the guise of fighting communism. At the time, the Anglo-Saxons found these criminals useful to their plans [1]. This is no longer the case, and neither London nor Washington, who know what they’re capable of, can let it turn against them.

This “Conference for the Victory of Israel” was a direct threat to the Anglo-Saxons who are trying to bring Benjamin Netanyahu to his senses [2]. In the .hours that followed, Washington took extraordinary measures against the Jewish supremacists it had previously accommodated, including a ban on the collection and transfer of funds via Western banks. London, Berlin, Paris and finally its major allies followed suit.

US President Joe Biden tried one last time to talk Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu into agreeing to a six-week ceasefire. Netanyahu did not change his position, confirming his intention to continue the war and attack Rafah. At best, he agreed to send a delegation to Cairo to resume the negotiations that had been interrupted in Paris. In the end, Joe Biden, stunned to hear him announce a new massacre of civilians, exclaimed before numerous witnesses that Netanyahu was an “asshole” (sic).

Meanwhile, Israel continued its campaign against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). After calling for the Agency to be dissolved because 12 of its employees (i.e. 0.09% of its employees in Gaza) had allegedly taken part in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the IDF claimed that Hamas had set up its headquarters in a tunnel under UNRWA’s Gaza headquarters. And when the agency’s director, Philippe Lazarini, claimed ignorance of the accusations, Israeli ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan tweeted: “It’s not that you don’t know, it’s that you don’t want to know. We have shown the terrorists tunnels under UNRWA schools and provided evidence that Hamas is exploiting UNRWA. We implored you to carry out a comprehensive search of all UNRWA facilities in Gaza. But not only did you refuse, you chose to bury your head in the sand. Assume your responsibilities and resign today. Every day, we find more proof that in Gaza, Hamas=the UN and vice-versa. You can’t trust anything the UN says, or anything they say about Gaza.

Deprived of funding, the Agency was preparing to close its doors. It informed the Lebanese and Jordanian governments that it would no longer be able to help not only Gazans and West Bankers, but also the hundreds of thousands of refugees they were hosting.

Suddenly, the Anglo-Saxon turnaround changed the mood. Some countries restored their funding for UNRWA, while Iran called for calm. Attacks on US military bases became rare. The Anglo-Saxons and the Axis of Resistance, last month’s irreconcilable enemies, were talking again via intermediaries and perhaps directly. Interrupted negotiations resumed everywhere.

This lull will probably be short-lived, but for the time being, Westerners have the same interests as all the peoples of the Middle East: to halt the murderous madness of the revisionist Zionists. Washington no longer perceives an Israeli defeat as its own defeat. It no longer feels obliged to help it, against its will, in the massacre of Gazans. On the contrary, an Israeli victory would be a defeat for the United States, incapable of maintaining peace and complicit in a massacre.

This about-turn changes everything.

In Tel Aviv’s war cabinet, the certainty of enjoying impunity in all circumstances has vanished: without Washington’s support, Hezbollah would make mincemeat of Israel.

In Lebanon, in fact, the former no longer appears to be extremist when it calls for the application of Resolution 1701 in its entirety. It will withdraw its forces from southern Lebanon if Israel also withdraws its forces from the border – not from the demarcation line, but from the border.

Neither the United States nor France makes any further reference to their Israeli-Lebanese peace proposals. For Washington, anything for a separate peace and a division of the Axis of Resistance. For Paris, the same thing, but with a more complex legal framework, referring to the Naqoura Agreement (1996) and Resolution 1701 (2006). On the contrary, they hope that Hezbollah will keep up the pressure on the IDF on the northern border to prevent them from attacking Rafah in the Gaza Strip.

The Middle East heavyweights Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Iran, putting their differences on the back burner, are coming together to face the enemy of them all: the revisionist Zionists. Saudi Arabia and Iran renewed their ties a year ago, thanks to the goodwill of the People’s Republic of China [3].

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan traveled to Egypt to meet his counterpart, Abdel Fattah al-Sissi, with whom he had previously refused to speak. Indeed, in 2013, General al-Sissi had overthrown President Mohamed Morsi, except that the latter had rigged his election [4] and 40 million Egyptians had demonstrated against him, then 33 million celebrated his overthrow [5].

Egypt urgently organized a vast camp capable of accommodating 1 million Gazans in Sinai. The al-Arjani group is due to complete the earthworks and fencing on February 23 [6]. Palestinians could be allowed to flee the Israeli bombs and take refuge there. Turkey and Saudi Arabia would come to their aid.

Of course, no one wants to see the Palestinians expelled from their land. So, everyone is planning what to do next: how to topple Benjamin Netanyahu and the revisionist Zionists who surround him?

We can therefore expect a political cataclysm in Israel in the coming weeks. If Benjamin Netanyahu disappears from the political scene, the Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky will also find himself in the hot seat.

The question is whether, in this disarray, each protagonist will keep his or her commitments and pursue the common plan to its conclusion, or whether certain players will take advantage of the confusion to impose their solutions.

Death of Aleksei Navalny: The Brits Did It!

by Gilbert Doctorow

Death of Aleksei Navalny: the Brits did it!

It is remarkable how an invitation to do a live television interview can change your schedule and concentrate your mind.

This afternoon I got a WhatsApp message from TRT, Turkey’s premier English language international broadcaster with whom I had done several interviews a year ago, followed by many months of silence. That is not unusual. Broadcasters rotate experts in and rotate experts out at their pleasure.

The invitation today was to speak about breaking news, the reported death in a remote Yamalo-Nenets prison colony of Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny at age 47. A glance at the latest online edition of The Financial Times confirmed that Navalny had indeed died and set out the comments of leading Western statesmen condemning what they considered to be the latest murder by Vladimir Putin of prominent activists who oppose his rule. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, European Council President Charles Michel and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz were among those who already had spoken before microphones and were reading from the same anti-Putin script.

In short, what happened in the West this afternoon was a new campaign to vilify Vladimir Putin on the world stage based on a death which was, if I may quote former British PM Theresa May, ‘highly likely’ to have been perpetrated by British Intelligence for this very purpose.

In all of the false flag operations that have been directed by the West against Russia over the past decade or more, I have argued that the old Roman investigative principle of cui bono militated against the Kremlin having been involved in any way. So it is today: why would Putin want to murder Navalny, when the man is now largely forgotten within Russia. Navalny is yesterday’s news and his ‘anti-corruption’ campaign is irrelevant to Russians in the midst of an existential struggle with the Collective West that is being fought on the territory of Ukraine? However, the murder of Navalny clearly serves the interests of that same Collective West as an intended antidote to the major Soft Power coup of the Carlson Tucker interview with Vladimir Putin just a week ago and perhaps even more important, to the follow-up Tucker News Briefs showing his visits to the Kievskaya Metro Station and to an Auchan supermarket in downtown Moscow. This was not Gilbert Doctorow publishing his travel notes of visits to St Petersburg markets and reaching 10,000 readers; it was Tucker Carlson, with a regular U.S. audience of 40 million or more for his every broadcast, and a peak of one billion views for the recent interview.

Let us go beyond the cui bono argumentation to circumstantial evidence that is damning for the Brits. As the Americans like to say, there are ‘fingerprints’ of the Brits all over this death of Navalny.

A fair number of the poisonings and other assorted deaths of people who could be said were ‘inconvenient’ to the Kremlin happened in the U.K., after all. That is where Boris Berezovsky, the exiled oligarch who opposed Putin tooth and nail, was ‘suicided’ and it occurred in 2013 at his London estate when it was widely rumored he was looking for forgiveness for his treachery and was preparing to return to Mother Russia with a trove of documents. Earlier still, the U.K. is where the Berezovsky employee Alexander Litvinenko met his death in 2006 from polonium poisoning in a very British cuppa tea.

However, more recently there were incidents in the U.K. which bear directly on the fate of Navalny, and their timing is very relevant. I am thinking about the Novichok poisoning of former Russian spy Alexander Skripal in Salisbury at the start of March 2018, ahead of the 18 March presidential elections in Russia that year, when Putin was making his return to power following the interregnum when Dmitry Medvedev was president.

Hmm. A terrible attack on a Putin enemy in 2018 just weeks before a Russian presidential election. Hmm, again: the date of Putin’s next election happens to be 15-17 March.

The Skripal poisoning was shouted to the skies by the British political establishment. Can you just imagine, they said, that Putin is carrying out revenge murders on British soil! Of course, today, everyone has forgotten about the Skripals, who seem somehow to have survived the Novichok attack which is always fatal and to have been given new identities if they were not simply dumped by MI6 into shallow graves somewhere.

But the Novichok that the Russians were said to have invented also was in production in a chemical weapons facility located not far from Salisbury. Another detail that Western media chose to ignore.

Novichok just happens to be the poison that was allegedly used against Aleksei Navalny back in August 2020 while he was on the stump in provincial Russia working up the population to oppose the oligarchs and crooks who, he said, were running the country. Like the Skripals, Navalny miraculously survived his poisoning by Novichok. He was flown to Germany, where Angela Merkel extended a warm welcome to him and where, during his months long convalescence he oversaw the production by German crews of faked video exposés showing palaces on the Black Sea that were supposedly built for Putin.

Russian doctors at the prison colony were said to have spent half an hour today trying to revive Navalny, but in vain. He is just one more case of collateral damage in the British secret war on Russia

Time was, in the days of Tony Blair, we spoke of the British as the ‘lap dogs’ of Bush. Today it would be more appropriate to say that the British have become the Hound of the Baskervilles, ahead of and likely outside the control of Washington.

When the link to my interview with TRT becomes available, I will post it here.
