Welcome to Techno-Hell. This is not Kansas – or Oregon, or New Jersey — anymore.

While the flavor of future human enslavement is up for speculation, what is definitively true is that — unless we reverse course, to look back into nature and into ourselves at the individual and community level — we are careening, on this rock, through space, at breakneck speed towards global technocracy.

If you’ve been paying attention, Western leaders have, since the outbreak of COVID-19, expressed deep admiration for the Chinese Communist Party’s social control policies to keep its population in check.

Here is “liberal” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on the topic:

“There’s a level of admiration I actually have for China. Their basic dictatorship is actually allowing them to turn their economy around on a dime.”

Or World Economic Forum chief Klaus Shwab:

“The Great Reset will require us to integrate all stakeholders of global society into a community of common interest, purpose and action… You will own nothing and you will be happy.”

Self-appointed First Medical Officer of the ruling class Bill Gates (no medical degree) opines on all the things the Chinese government does right in steamrolling human rights:

“China did a lot of things right at the beginning [of the pandemic], like any country where a virus first shows up.”

What measures is Gates referring to exactly that China “got right”? For starters, mandatory quarantine camps for all! So liberal, so loving:

“Despite having recovered from [COVID-19] and been given the all-clear, the 30-year-old lawyer said she was forced into a makeshift quarantine center at a technology park — putting her at risk of cross-infection with hundreds of other patients warehoused in the bare-bones facility… Wang’s involuntary relocation to the center was part of escalating government efforts to contain the spread of the virus.”

What Horrors Can We Expect in Techno-Hell?

Human imagination – and beyond – is the limit of the nearly unpredictable transformations to life on Earth that we will experience in the coming decades.

Here is a small sampling, a mere appetizer:

• Bio-engineered pathogens. There is no real argument left that COVID-19 was not, in fact, engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, assisted by funding from Anthony Fauci and the NIH, by way of a technology called gain-of-function that genetically manipulates viruses to become both deadlier and more transmissible. Following a 2014 moratorium imposed by the federal government on this dangerous research (which Anthony Fauci subsequently offshored to China), the NIH recently reversed this policy, opening the floodgates for further Frankenstein viral monstrosities to be, inevitably, whether intentionally or accidently, engineered in labs and leaked to the world.
• Remote management of energy consumption by the corporate state ( to be turned off when the peasants become non-compliant or, alternatively, insufficiently compliant).
• Police robot dogs (named “Spot” to render them less threatening, because they view the peasants as children to be placated).

• Facial recognition tracking aided by CCTV cameras on every street corner and smartphones in every hand (to be necessary for accessing public assistance and various other resources)

• Insects like mealworms to replace traditional meat sources (*for the peasants; the elites will surely still enjoy steak)

• Mega-mono-agriculture, controlled by a handful of elite landowners, trashing ecosystems while mass-producing GMO Frankenfood passed off as nourishment.

• Human-animal hybrids. Congress recently struck down a GOP-led effort to prevent DNA manipulation in the service of creating cross-species chimeras, paving the way for further research into this already advanced field.

Politics isn’t about marginal tax rates anymore. There is no left vs. right. It’s about the hell the elites are currently attempting to plunge us into and the struggle of the people to just tread water.

Pharma State to Peasants: ‘Take Your Soma and Back to Sleep, Sweetheart’

If it seems like your neighbors (and, honestly, maybe you yourself) are a tad more mentally ill than in bygone eras, your intuition serves you right, especially concerning very particular demographics.

When it all gets to be too much:

More than 37 million Americans take pharmaceutical antidepressants — otherwise known in speculative fiction as soma – in attempts to cope with the desolation of modern life.

Only We Can Save Ourselves From Techno-Hell

Lest you think there is a benevolent, democratically-elected comic book hero waiting in the wings to swoop in to rescue us, you have gravely misplaced your hopes.

The only answer is ourselves. As the legendary fictional character Howard Beale in the Network put it:

“If you want the truth… Go to God! Go to your gurus! Go to yourselves! Because that’s the only place you’re ever going to find any real truth.”

Nature calls us to reconnect with our primal, forgotten selves — and so back to nature we must return, to our spiritual roots. Go to your gurus, go to yourselves. There is only hell – in varying manifestations — waiting for you in civilization.

In this period, where we may have to lay low through a mini-dark ages, there are some strategies to keep in mind.

• Rural is safer than urban. Knowing survival skills will likely come in handy.
• Do not rely on the cabal’s support structure: seek out family, friends, and a tight-nit community of capable like-minded people.
• Real items with physical value are worth more than complicated financial instruments and digits on a screen.
• Cultivate mental toughness– whether that means meditating, praying to God or Buddha or your ancestors looking down from the Great Beyond. Read the stoics. Find meaning. We’re going to need each other (and perhaps a benevolent benefactor above) to make it through the tribulations ahead.

Here we are in the midst of hell on earth; all brought about by the ruling class and their corrupt and criminal pawns in this government, and all the pathetic masses can muster as a solution is to choose one master or another to pray to as their political god.

In the case of the last criminal president, something to the tune of 80 million people are still lamenting that their guy Trump is not the master of the universe. The blind insanity necessary to purposely lower one’s self to this level of stupidity belies all aspects of intelligent thought and common sense.

Is this too harsh a reality for the common man to grasp and accept, or has the total lack of understanding of life’s possibilities consumed the minds of the masses, and left any escape from tyranny unimaginable?

The real problem is that the very people themselves, those that expect to avoid slavery by doing nothing, claim to have a right to be free, and beg to deserve freedom without any risk, hold their fate in their own hands, but are not even aware of it.

They have no idea of the strength they could possess if only a modicum of effort and courage were present.

As the great Mencken stated many decades ago, “On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”

How prescient a statement, but one that was eternally obvious.

And now we have Biden, an imbecilic moron if ever one existed, but was the last any better?

Not really; just as dishonest, but less open about his true intent, and more devious in his approach.

In reality, all presidents are of course evil and controlled, but some attempt to gain popularity by very dubious means, and take to a new level the art of pathological lying. Trump fits this category well.

Those that still cling to the notion that Trump is their savior should step back and take a hard look at reality. If an awakening does not occur after this soul-searching, then all hope is lost for those individuals still clamoring for a master in the form of a political monster.

I have been constantly inundated with responses and comments this year and last, that claim all we need to win our liberty is to get Trump back in office. He will fix everything, and “drain the swamp,” as is so cavalierly uttered by his fooled supporters.

This is troubling to say the least, especially given the real history of the past several years. Every fake election brings a worse form of human to high office, but the people continue to vote for their own master without regard to any form of logic or reality.

This need for authoritarian rule is not based on any desire to gain individual sovereignty, but is based on dependency and worship; those things that are the bane of freedom.

Forgotten is the fact that all this totalitarian hell was allowed to happen and expand under Trump. He accepted the entire nefarious ‘pandemic’ narrative just as he was instructed to do, and declared a state of national emergency over a fake ‘virus pandemic.’

As he fully understood, this would turn loose ‘legally,’ every governor, and every health organization in the country to wreak havoc with all economic activity and with all personal liberty.

This was no accident, it was always intended.

As a matter of fact, the Trump administration had overseen a pandemic simulation for many months in 2019, concluding in August, just a very short time before the Gates pandemic simulation called Event 201, both of which were premeditated plots that have mirrored what has happened since.

The Trump event was called Crimson Contagion, and that scenario was a so-called ‘fictional’ flu outbreak that:

“started when a group of 35 tourists visiting China were infected and then flew home to Australia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Thailand, Britain and Spain, as well as to the United States, with some developing respiratory symptoms and fevers enroute. In the fictional pandemic, as the virus spread quickly across the United States, the CDC issued guidelines for social distancing, and many employees were told to work from home. Federal and state officials struggled to identify which employees were essential and what equipment was needed to effectively work from home.”

Anyone that accepts that this was just a coincidence or accidental, is already a lost soul, and not worthy of help.

Trump also has touted universal ‘vaccination’ for all, and his Operation Warp Speed was meant to fast tract an experimental injection, and he even deployed the military in order to hopefully deliver this poison nationwide with military involvement.

To this day, he is still supporting this deadly experimental jab for everyone.

As a setup to the possibility of exactly this type of situation, Trump signed in September of 2019, just one month after his simulation, and a few months before the manufactured ‘Covid pandemic, Executive Order #13887 called: “Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States to Promote National Security and Public Health.”

The Task force was co-chaired by the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and their designees, which included:

~ The Department of Defense;

~ The Department of Justice;

~ The Department of Agriculture;

~ The Department of Veteran’s Affairs;

~ The Department of Homeland Security

~ The United States Food and Drug Administration;

~ The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC);

~ The National Institute of Health (NIH);

~ The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); and

~ The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development authority (BARDA)

One reading of this order is enough to fully understand that Trump was heavily involved in this scam long before it was implemented, just as described by his administration, and his signing of this order allowing everything that has happened to take place ‘legally.’

His participation all along in this planned terror is obvious, but it did not end there.

To list every aspect of Trump’s complicity in this terror attack against the American people, and many other indiscretions that horribly harmed this country, would require volumes. Sufficed to say, Trump is no savior, nor is the evil Biden, and both are heavily responsible for the horrors we currently face.

To think that any president, any political party, or any political process will cure our ills, protect our freedom, or cause this conspiracy to end, is absurd beyond reasoning.

Only the people can fix our problems, and this will require the elimination of this government and governing system, or at the very least, a complete and total disregard of all government mandates and orders concerning any and every aspect of this current debacle.

The term “The New Normal” was coined 17 years ago in 2004 by the same perpetrators of this fraud. This pandemic coup has been planned for at least 21 years.

Nothing was accidental, nothing was organic, nothing was as it is being presented by the state or mainstream media.

All was planned and designed intentionally.

The CEO of Neuralink went to talk with Joe Rogan, implying that with the innovation of the brain chip the company is currently developing, humans won’t have to speak anymore using traditional languages.

Neuralink develops a chip that will soon be able to attach to the human brain. The chip’s invention aimed to communicate faster and conveniently. Through a single universal language, Elon Musk believes that the way we talk today will soon improve. The brain chip is expected to be completed to be developed within a few years, and by then, our communication could possibly evolve.

Elon Musk stated that the Neuralink chip’s success may take a while, but it should take five to ten years if the development will accelerate. He also added that the progress of the brain chip is on track, but with only to focus on their current objective, which is to help people minimize and prevent brain injuries, Express reported.

The brain chip’s power was already displayed in a 2019 long-stream video by Neuralink. In the video published on the YouTube channel Monkey MindPong, a monkey with an active chip on its brain was shown playing a video game that is similar to a table tennis match. The astounding display of the monkey’s brain reaction toward the game left experts in awe.

Just by looking on the screen and thinking where the ball will bounce next, the monkey was able to control the next movement of the virtual paddle. In a report by Reuters, Elon said that the Neuralink chip acts like a Fitbit in the skull. The chip he presented was as tiny as a penny, with threads connected to conductors which will be implanted to the brain. The procedure of the brain chip’s installation is simple. A piece of the skull is cut out, with the chip in place of the hole.

Neuralink claims that the thread of the chip is flexible and delicate that it can’t be installed by a human hand to the brain. Because of this, Elon Musk’s company is also developing a machine that could implant the brain chip perfectly and fuse it with the organic human tissue. The robot that will be developed could also assist neurosurgeons in the near future in brain operations. Elon Musk boasts that once the project is up and running, people can go to the hospital in the morning and be back at noon.

The brain chip is expected to provide neurological solutions to grievous conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, spinal cord problems, and even dementia. The Nueralink chip will be one of the few beneficial inventions of the century if ever the project will soon push forward and be available for the medicinal industry.

The ultimate goal of every totalitarian system is to establish complete control over society and every individual within it in order to achieve ideological uniformity and eliminate any and all deviation from it. This goal can never be achieved, of course, but it is the raison d’être of all totalitarian systems, regardless of what forms they take and ideologies they espouse. You can dress totalitarianism up in Hugo Boss-designed Nazi uniforms, Mao suits, or medical-looking face masks, its core desire remains the same: to remake the world in its paranoid image … to replace reality with its own “reality.”

We are right in the middle of this process currently, which is why everything feels so batshit crazy. The global capitalist ruling classes are implementing a new official ideology, in other words, a new “reality.” That’s what an official ideology is. It’s more than just a set of beliefs. Anyone can have any beliefs they want. Your personal beliefs do not constitute “reality.” In order to make your beliefs “reality,” you need to have the power to impose them on society. You need the power of the police, the military, the media, scientific “experts,” academia, the culture industry, the entire ideology-manufacturing machine.

There is nothing subtle about this process. Decommissioning one “reality” and replacing it with another is a brutal business. Societies grow accustomed to their “realities.” We do not surrender them willingly or easily. Normally, what’s required to get us to do so is a crisis, a war, a state of emergency, or … you know, a deadly global pandemic.

During the changeover from the old “reality” to the new “reality,” the society is torn apart. The old “reality” is being disassembled and the new one has not yet taken its place. It feels like madness, and, in a way, it is. For a time, the society is split in two, as the two “realities” battle it out for dominance. “Reality” being what it is (i.e., monolithic), this is a fight to the death. In the end, only one “reality” can prevail.

This is the crucial period for the totalitarian movement. It needs to negate the old “reality” in order to implement the new one, and it cannot do that with reason and facts, so it has to do it with fear and brute force. It needs to terrorize the majority of society into a state of mindless mass hysteria that can be turned against those resisting the new “reality.” It is not a matter of persuading or convincing people to accept the new “reality.” It’s more like how you drive a herd of cattle. You scare them enough to get them moving, then you steer them wherever you want them to go. The cattle do not know or understand where they are going. They are simply reacting to a physical stimulus. Facts and reason have nothing to do with it.

And this is what has been so incredibly frustrating for those of us opposing the roll-out of the “New Normal,” whether debunking the official Covid-19 narrative, or “Russiagate,” or the “Storming of the US Capitol,” or any other element of the new official ideology. (And, yes, it is all one ideology, not “communism,” or “fascism,” or any other nostalgia, but the ideology of the system that actually rules us, supranational global capitalism. We’re living in the first truly global-hegemonic ideological system in human history. We have been for the last 30 years. If you are touchy about the term “global capitalism,” go ahead and call it “globalism,” or “crony capitalism,” or “corporatism,” or whatever other name you need to. Whatever you call it, it became the unrivaled globally-hegemonic ideological system when the Soviet Union collapsed in the 1990s. Yes, there are pockets of internal resistance, but it has no external adversaries, so its progression toward a more openly totalitarian structure is logical and entirely predictable.)

Anyway, what has been so incredibly frustrating is that many of us have been operating under the illusion that we are engaged in a rational argument over facts (e.g., the facts of Russiagate, Literal-Hitlergate, 9/11, Saddam’s WMDs, Douma, the January 6 “insurrection,” the official Covid narrative, etc.) This is not at all what is happening. Facts mean absolutely nothing to the adherents of totalitarian systems.

You can show the New Normals the facts all you like. You can show them the fake photos of people dead in the streets in China in March of 2020. You can show them the fake projected death rates. You can explain how the fake PCR tests work, how healthy people were deemed medical “cases.” You can show them all the studies on the ineffectiveness of masks. You can explain the fake “hospitalization” and “death” figures, send them articles about the unused “emergency hospitals,” the unremarkable age-and-population-adjusted death rates, cite the survival rates for people under 70, the dangers and pointlessness of “vaccinating” children. None of this will make the slightest difference.

Or, if you’ve bought the Covid-19 narrative, but haven’t completely abandoned your critical faculties, you can do what Glenn Greenwald has been doing recently. You can demonstrate how the corporate media have intentionally lied, again and again, to whip up mass hysteria over “domestic terrorism.” You can show people videos of the “violent domestic terrorists” calmly walking into the Capitol Building in single file, like a high-school tour group, having been let in by members of Capitol Security. You can debunk the infamous “fire-extinguisher murder” of Brian Sicknik that never really happened. You can point out that the belief that a few hundred unarmed people running around in the Capitol qualifies as an “insurrection,” or an “attempted coup,” or “domestic terrorism,” is delusional to the point of being literally insane. This will also not make the slightest difference.

I could go on, and I’m sure I will as the “New Normal” ideology becomes our new “reality” over the course of the next several years. My point, at the moment, is … this isn’t an argument. The global-capitalist ruling classes, government leaders, the corporate media, and the New Normal masses they have instrumentalized are not debating with us. They know the facts. They know the facts contradict their narratives. They do not care. They do not have to. Because this isn’t about facts. It’s about power.

I’m not saying that facts don’t matter. Of course they matter. They matter to us. I’m saying, let’s recognize what this is. It isn’t a debate or a search for the truth. The New Normals are disassembling one “reality” and replacing it with a new “reality.” (Yes, I know that reality exists in some fundamental ontological sense, but that isn’t the “reality” I’m talking about here, so please do not send me angry emails railing against Foucault and postmodernism.)

The pressure to conform to the new “reality” is already intense and it’s going to get worse as vaccination passes, public mask-wearing, periodic lockdowns, etc., become normalized. Those who don’t conform will be systematically demonized, socially and/or professionally ostracized, segregated, and otherwise punished. Our opinions will be censored. We will be “canceled,” deplatformed, demonitized, and otherwise silenced. Our views will be labeled “potentially harmful.” We will be accused of spreading “misinformation,” of being “far-right extremists,” “racists,” “anti-Semites,” “conspiracy theorists,” “anti-vaxxers,” “anti-global-capitalist violent domestic terrorists,” or just garden variety “sexual harassers,” or whatever they believe will damage us the most.

This will happen in both the public and personal spheres. Not just governments, the media, and corporations, but your colleagues, friends, and family will do this. Strangers in shops and restaurants will do this. Most of them will not do it consciously. They will do it because your non-conformity represents an existential threat to them … a negation of their new “reality” and a reminder of the reality they surrendered in order to remain a “normal” person and avoid the punishments described above.

This is nothing new, of course. It is how “reality” is manufactured, not only in totalitarian systems, but in every organized social system. Those in power instrumentalize the masses to enforce conformity with their official ideology. Totalitarianism is just its most extreme and most dangerously paranoid and fanatical form.

So, sure, keep posting and sharing the facts, assuming you can get them past the censors, but let’s not kid ourselves about what we’re up against. We’re not going to wake the New Normals up with facts. If we could, we would have done so already. This is not a civilized debate about facts. This is a fight. Act accordingly.

If and when the powers-that-be decide to move on from their pandemic narrative, lockdowns won’t be going anywhere. Instead it looks like they’ll be rebranded as “climate lockdowns”, and either enforced or simply held threateningly over the public’s head.

At least, according to an article written by an employee of the WHO, and published by a mega-coporate think-tank.

Let’s dive right in.

THE REPORT’S AUTHOR AND BACKERS

The report, titled “Avoiding a climate lockdown”, was written by Mariana Mazzucato, a professor of economics at University College London, and head of something called the Council on the Economics of Health for All, a division of the World Health Organization.

It was first published in October 2020 by Project Syndicate, a non-profit media organization that is (predictably) funded through grants from the Open society Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and many, many others.

After that, it was picked up and republished by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), which describes itself as “a global, CEO-led organization of over 200 leading businesses working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world.”.

The WBCSD’s membership is essentially every major company in the world, including Chevron, BP, Bayer, Walmart, Google and Microsoft. Over 200 members totalling well over 8 TRILLION dollars in annual revenue.

In short: an economist who works for the WHO has written a report concerning “climate lockdowns”, which has been published by both a Gates+Soros backed NGO AND a group representing almost every bank, oil company and tech giant on the planet.

Whatever it says, it clearly has the approval of the people who run the world.

WHAT DOES IT SAY?

The text of the report itself is actually quite craftily constructed. It doesn’t outright argue for climate lockdowns, but instead discusses ways “we” can prevent them.

As COVID-19 spread […] governments introduced lockdowns in order to prevent a public-health emergency from spinning out of control. In the near future, the world may need to resort to lockdowns again – this time to tackle a climate emergency […] To avoid such a scenario, we must overhaul our economic structures and do capitalism differently.

This cleverly creates a veneer of arguing against them, whilst actually pushing the a priori assumptions that any so-called “climate lockdowns” would a) be necessary and b) be effective. Neither of which has ever been established.

Another thing the report assumes is some kind of causal link between the environment and the “pandemic”:

COVID-19 is itself a consequence of environmental degradation

I wrote an article, back in April, exploring the media’s persistent attempts to link the Covid19 “pandemic” with climate change. Everybody from the Guardian to the Harvard School of Public Health is taking the same position – “The root cause of pandemics [is] the destruction of nature”:

The razing of forests and hunting of wildlife is increasingly bringing animals and the microbes they harbour into contact with people and livestock.

There is never any scientific evidence cited to support this position. Rather, it is a fact-free scare-line used to try and force a mental connection in the public, between visceral self-preservation (fear of disease) and concern for the environment. It is as transparent as it is weak.

“CLIMATE LOCKDOWNS”

So, what exactly is a “climate lockdown”? And what would it entail?

The author is pretty clear:

Under a “climate lockdown,” governments would limit private-vehicle use, ban consumption of red meat, and impose extreme energy-saving measures, while fossil-fuel companies would have to stop drilling.

There you have it. A “climate lockdown” means no more red meat, the government setting limits on how and when people use their private vehicles and further (unspecified) “extreme energy-saving measures”. It would likely include previously suggested bans on air travel, too.

All in all, it is potentially far more strict than the “public health policy” we’ve all endured for the last year.

As for forcing fossil fuel companies to stop drilling, that is drenched in the sort of ignorance of practicality that only exists in the academic world. Supposing we can switch to entirely rely on renewables for energy, we still wouldn’t be able to stop drilling for fossil fuels.

Oil isn’t just used as fuel, it’s also needed to lubricate engines and manufacture chemicals and plastics. Plastics used in the manufacture of wind turbines and solar panels, for example.

Coal isn’t just needed for power stations, but also to make steel. Steel which is vital to pretty much everything humans do in the modern world.

It reminds me of a Victoria Wood sketch from the 1980s, where an upper-middle class woman remarks, upon meeting a coal miner, “I suppose we don’t really need coal, now we’ve got electricity.”

A lot of post-fossil utopian ideas are sold this way, to people who are comfortably removed from the way the world actually works. This mirrors the supposed “recovery” the environment experienced during lockdown, a mythic creation selling a silver lining of house arrest to people who think that because they’re having their annual budget meetings over Zoom, somehow China stopped manufacturing 900 million tonnes of steel a year, and the US military doesn’t produce more pollution than 140 different countries combined.

The question, really, is why would an NGO backed by – among others – Shell, BP and Chevron, possibly want to suggest a ban on drilling for fossil fuel? But that’s a discussion for another time.

AVOIDING A “CLIMATE LOCKDOWN”

So, the “climate lockdown” is a mix of dystopian social control, and impractical nonsense likely designed to sell an agenda. But don’t worry, we don’t have to do this. There is a way to avoid these extreme measures, the author says so:

“Overhaul”? “reorienting”? “transformation”?

Seems like we’re looking at a new-built society. A “reset”, if you will, and given the desired scope, you could even call it a “great reset”, I suppose.

Except, of course, the Great Reset is just a wild “conspiracy theory”. The elite doesn’t want a Great Reset, even if they keep saying they do…

…they just want a massive wholesale “transformation” of our social, financial, governmental and energy sectors.

They want you to own nothing and be happy. Or else.

Because that’s the oddest thing about this particular article, whereas most fear-porn public programming at least attempts subtlety, there is very definitely an overtly threatening tone to this piece [emphasis added]:

we are approaching a tipping point on climate change, when protecting the future of civilization will require dramatic interventions […] One way or the other, radical change is inevitable; our task is to ensure that we achieve the change we want – while we still have the choice.

The whole article is not an argument, so much as an ultimatum. A gun held to the public’s collective head. “Obviously we don’t want to lock you up inside your homes, force you to eat processed soy cubes and take away your cars,”they’re telling us, “but we might have to, if you don’t take our advice.”

Will there be “climate lockdowns” in the future? I wouldn’t be surprised. But right now – rather than being seriously mooted – they are fulfilling a different role. A frightening hypothetical – A threat used to bully the public into accepting the hardline globalist reforms that make up the “great reset”.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping personally directed the communist regime to focus its efforts to control the global internet, displacing the influential role of the United States, according to internal government documents recently obtained by The Epoch Times.

In a January 2017 speech, Xi said the “power to control the internet” had become the “new focal point of [China’s] national strategic contest,” and singled out the United States as a “rival force” standing in the way of the regime’s ambitions.

The ultimate goal was for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to control all content on the global internet, so the regime could wield what Xi described as “discourse power” over communications and discussions on the world stage.

Xi articulated a vision of “using technology to rule the internet” to achieve total control over every part of the online ecosystem—over applications, content, quality, capital, and manpower.

His remarks were made at the fourth leadership meeting of the regime’s top internet regulator, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, in Beijing on Jan. 4, 2017, and detailed in internal documents issued by the Liaoning Provincial Government in China’s southeast.

The statements confirm efforts made by Beijing in the past few years to promote its own authoritarian version of the internet as a model for the world.

In another speech given in April 2016, detailed in an internal document by the Anshan City Government in Liaoning Province, Xi confidently proclaimed that in the “struggle” to control the internet, the CCP has transformed from playing “passive defense” to playing both “attack and defense” at the same time.

Having successfully built the world’s most sprawling and sophisticated online censorship and surveillance apparatus, known as the Great Firewall, the CCP under Xi is turning outwards, championing a Chinese internet whose values run counter to the open model advocated by the West. Rather than prioritizing the free flow of information, the CCP’s system centers on giving the state the ability to censor, spy on, and control internet data.

Countering the US

The Chinese leader acknowledged the regime lagged behind its rival the United States—the dominant player in this field—in key areas such as technology, investments, and talent.

To realize its ambitions, Xi emphasized the need to “manage internet relations with the United States,” while “making preparations for fighting a hard war” with the country in this area.

American companies should be used by the regime to reach its goal, Xi said, without elaborating on how this would be done.

He also directed the regime to increase its cooperation with Europe, developing countries, and member states of Beijing’s “Belt and Road Initiative,” to form a “strategic counterbalance” against the United States.

The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a massive infrastructure investment project launched by Beijing to connect Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East through a network of rail, sea, and road linkages. The plan has been criticized by the United States and other Western countries as a conduit for Beijing to increase its political and commercial interests in member states while saddling developing countries with heavy debt burdens.

The BRI has also pushed countries to sign up to “digital silk road” projects—those involving information and communications technology infrastructure. At least 16 countries have signed memoranda of understanding with the regime to work in this area.

Three-pronged Strategy

Xi ordered the regime to focus on three “critical” areas in its pursuit of controlling the global internet.

• First, Beijing needs to be able to “set the rules” governing the international system.
• Second, it should install CCP surrogates in important positions in global internet organizations.
• Third, the regime should gain control over the infrastructure that underlies the internet, such as root servers, Xi said.

Domain Name System (DNS) root servers are key to internet communications around the world. It directs users to websites they intend to visit. There are more than 1,300 root servers in the world, about 20 of which are located in China while the United States has about 10 times that, according to the website root-servers.org.

If the Chinese regime were to gain control over more root servers, they could then redirect traffic to wherever they want, Gary Miliefsky, cybersecurity expert and publisher of Cyber Defense Magazine, told The Epoch Times. For example, if a user wants to go to a news article about a topic deemed sensitive by Beijing, then the regime’s DNS server could route the user to a fake page saying the article is no longer online.

“The minute you control the root, you can spoof or fake anything,” he said.

“You can control what people see, what people don’t see.”

In recent years, the regime has made headway in advancing Xi’s strategy.

In 2019, Chinese telecom giant Huawei first proposed the idea for an entirely new internet, called New IP (internet protocol), to replace the half-century-old infrastructure underpinning the web. New IP is touted to be faster, more efficient, flexible, and secure than the current internet, and will be built by the Chinese.

While New IP may indeed bring about an improved global network, Miliefsky said, “the price for that is freedom.”

“There’s going to be no free speech. And there’s going to be eavesdropping in real-time, all the time, on everyone,” he said.

“Everyone who joins it is going to be eavesdropped by a single government.”

The proposal was made at a September 2019 meeting held at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), a U.N. agency responsible for setting standards for computing and communications issues that is currently headed by Chinese national Zhao Houlin. New IP is set to be formally debated at the ITU World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly to be held in March 2022.

Miliefsky said the plan is unlikely to gain widespread support among countries, but may be adopted by like-minded authoritarian states such as North Korea, and later by countries that signed onto BRI and are struggling to repay its loans to China.

This would accelerate a bifurcation of the internet, what analysts such as former Google CEO Eric Schmidt have dubbed the “splinternet,” Miliefsky said. “The communist net and the rest of the world.”

The Epoch Times has reached out to Huawei for comment.

Importing Talent

According to the document, Xi ordered the CCP regime to set up “three ecosystems”—technology, industry, and policy—to develop core internet technologies.

Having skilled workers was key to this plan, with Xi directing that talent should be hired from around the globe. This would be done through Chinese companies, Xi prescribed.

He told Chinese firms to “proactively” invite foreign “high-end talents,” and to set up research centers overseas and hire leading ethnic Chinese and foreign specialists to work for them.

Meanwhile, Xi asked the regime to set up a professional training system in China, which can systematically develop a highly skilled workforce in the long run.

He also directed officials in each level of government to guide Chinese companies to develop their business plans to align with the regime’s strategic goals, and encourage capable enterprises to take the lead in developing innovations in core technologies.

Enterprises were to be educated in having “national awareness and safeguarding national interests,” Xi said. Only then should the regime support and encourage their expansion.

Because talent and critical technology are concentrated overseas, the Chinese leader also ordered authorities to support the development of a group of multinational internet companies that can have global influence.

Turning the Internet Red

Xi, in his 2016 speech, described all online content as falling into three categories: “red zone, black zone, and gray zone.”

“Red zone” content refers to discourse aligned with the CCP’s propaganda requirements, while “black zone” material falls foul of these rules. “Gray zone” content lies in the middle.

“We must consolidate and expand the red zone and expand its influence in society,” Xi said in a leaked speech in August 2013.

“We must bravely enter into the black zone [and fight hard] to gradually get it to change its color. We must launch large-scale actions targeting the gray zone to accelerate its conversion to the red zone and prevent it from turning into the black zone.”

Inside China, the CCP has a stranglehold on online content and discussion through the Great Firewall, a massive internet censorship apparatus that blockades foreign websites and censors content deemed unacceptable to the party. It also hires a massive online troll army, dubbed the “50-cent army,” to manipulate online discussion. A recent report found that the CCP engages 2 million paid internet commentators and draws on a network of 20 million part-time volunteers to carry out online trolling.

Freedom House, in its 2020 annual internet freedom report, labeled China as the world’s worst abuser of online freedom for the sixth straight year. Chinese citizens have been arrested for using software to circumvent the Great Firewall and punished for posting comments online unfavorable to the Chinese regime. In a now-notorious incident during the early stages of the pandemic, whistleblower doctor Li Wenliang was reprimanded by police for “rumor-mongering” after warning colleagues in a social media chat group about a SARS-like virus in Wuhan City.

In the 2017 remarks, Xi told the regime to develop a larger group of “red” online influencers to shape users’ perceptions of the CCP. He also called for an expansion of the 50 cent army to operate both inside and outside of China’s internet.

Since the pandemic, the CCP has sharply escalated its efforts to influence online opinion overseas. Using large networks of troll accounts on Twitter and Facebook, the regime has been able to propagate and amplify propaganda and disinformation on topics such as the pandemic, racial tensions in the United States, and the regime’s oppression of Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang.

Those of us living in the United States are currently living in enemy-occupied territory. The criminals running the country are the Wall Street Billionaires, mostly from Big Pharma and Big Tech, and their Central Bankers. (Throughout the rest of this article I will refer to them as the “Globalists.”)

They took over the country without a coup, without a revolution, and very little military intervention to seize control of the entire nation. The only part the military played was in the roll out of Trump’s Operation Warp Speed, which robbed America of TRILLIONS of dollars which he gave to Big Pharma so they could carry out this tyrannical take-over of the United States.

They didn’t use coercion, they didn’t use superior firepower like tanks and SWAT teams, they just simply declared a “pandemic” over a “killer virus” and then told everyone to go home and stay there, and to make sure they always wore a mask, even indoors, and to stop assembling with one another.

They basically declared the Constitution of the United States null and void, so they could “fight the virus” with “emergency orders” which they claimed superseded the Constitution.

Oh I think there were battle plans in place. Everyone expected major upheaval and fighting around the national elections and inauguration last year. After all, we got a taste of it in most of the major urban areas last summer, starting in Minneapolis.

But my guess is that the Globalists saw how successful their reign of fear worked, and how pathetic the “insurrection” was in D.C. in early January, that they just decided to go full speed ahead and start injecting everyone and kill off a major portion of the population that way, since there has been basically no opposition to their evil plans so far.

No tanks, no armed forces, no “dirty” bombs – just lies and propaganda broadcast through their corporate media were all they needed to set their plan in place.

They now control all three branches of the federal government, the economy, and for the most part the day-to-day lives of the American population.

They still have a lot of work to do, for sure, to transition to a one-world government with a one-world digital currency, ruling over the masses that they want to significantly deplete through genocide, using the new COVID injections which are still only 4 months into the roll out.

They have absolutely no intention to allow Americans’ lives to return to “normal,” now defined as vintage 2019 life. If we continue on our current course, things are going to get a LOT worse. Deaths and destruction are going to start multiplying by the end of the year, making 2020 look like a year-long vacation.

No, politicians who have been complicit of this complete take-over of America need to be arrested, tried in a neutral (but fully legal and Constitutional) court of law, and if convicted, publicly executed for mass murder and genocide.

And that includes Donald Trump.

If that bothers you, then please be on your way. Because those of you in the Trump religious cult are one of the MAIN reasons why we are where we are today, and you are going to have to get out of the way if we are going to get this job done.

Because there are no political solutions. Anyone who thinks this country was in better shape at the end of Trump’s term than it was when he took office is deluded.

Trump was never elected to begin with. He was chosen by the Globalists (as have all modern-day U.S. Presidents) to play a role in the events of 2020 which were YEARS in the making.

The entertainment industry and mass media have been controlled by the CIA for a long time, and in Trump they found their perfect lead actor to play the lead role in their script. He came out of the Billionaire Wall Street club, and he also had years of experience in the entertainment industry, so he was given the job.

Along with the Q psyop, it was a brilliant plan, and worked almost flawlessly. It kept the country deeply divided for over three years before they executed the plan, preventing any kind of unified opposition to their plans.

The CIA answers to and is controlled by the Globalists, and they decide the fate of nations, including who their political leaders should be. If those leaders stray too far from the script, they are eliminated.

Just ask the people in Africa in countries like Burundi and Tanzania where their leaders tried to expose the lies of COVID and do what was right for their people.

ATLANTA, GA—The CDC has issued brand new recommendations regarding the wearing of seat belts. Health experts there are now recommending people wear a seat belt, even when outside the car.

“This guidance is especially important if you’re in a large group of people at the park or an outdoor event,” said Dr. Stiku Pumybum. “Risk of collisions leading to bone breaks or concussions dramatically increase in large groups of people. Billions could die!”

When pressed regarding what gives the CDC authority to comment on seat belt usage, they clarified that these were simply recommendations based on the latest scientific research, for the sake of public health. When further asked how exactly a seat belt that’s not anchored to anything can protect anyone, they replied with a statement saying “SHUT UP IT’S SCIENCE!”

The Federal Government has responded with a nationwide seat belt order for all public parks, buildings, and sidewalks.

“I don’t know what’s so hard about this,” said Biden as his aides handed him a juice boxand tightened his 5-point harness. “Just wear the dang seatbelt folks!”

Bob’s Quality Seat Belt Company concurred with the CDC findings and confirmed that new “outdoor seatbelts” are now on sale for $59.99.
