The Iranian Lesson

Spread the Word

I think that the best course of action for Iran at this point is NOT to escalate against Israel but to use the diplomatic option. The whole world is stunned by this unprovoked criminal attack by Israel. The Netanyahu government, by continuing to present the world with its moral turpitude, demonstrates that it is Israel that is the outlaw and the threat to peace. Using deception, obviously feigning to negotiate through its vassal American president, the Zionist regime has lost any moral high ground and the claim to perpetual victimhood.

Iran should swallow its pride, lick its wounds and recognize that even though it extracted a trove of military secrets from the Israelis, it still was unable to see the massive covert operation taking place in their own front yard under the eyes of the security forces. That should be the #1 lesson. And #2 lesson should be that Iran needs to think outside of the box and be prepared for a second and maybe third level of subversive action within Iran.

What the world has learned in the last 30-40 years is that the West works according to the school of military deception. Government after government have been brought down through so-called “color” revolutions, well prepared by a disloyal fifth column within each country’s own ranks. The old defense doctrine of building up a strong military has been blown up by insiders planted decades prior to being “activated” by Western proxies.

And that applies not only to Iran but also to Russia. In this sense, Russia is especially vulnerable due to its own hubris, just like Iran. Instead of pursuing a policy of carrots, and making itself attractive to its neighbors by supporting their thirst for independence, Russia condemns Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine for not being sufficiently pro-Russia. But why would anybody be pro-Russia? They’ve been given no reason at all to see Russia as a valuable friend, ally and business partner. Instead, each country desires to be pro itself, and no amount of fake talk about “independence” from the West can hide the imperial ambitions of the East.

Obviously what happened in Iran is a case study in deceptive attack against a defensive nation, but it also illustrates the grand strategy that is at work against Russia, at this point the West’s main target. Russia is already practically encircled by the West. Now, if Iran falls, it will be blocked from the south as well. And once Greenland is militarized, it will be blocked from the north. What does Russia think that will happen next? A peaceful resolution with the West?! No way. – Rather, the real war will start.

So, we are looking here at more than a few years of war. And the only strategy that I can see for the target countries is less hubris and more calls for all-out defense. More like the North Korean model. For years to come.
